Leadership: Ken Lockhart

Kenneth Lockhart has over 26 years of consulting experience in management consulting, strategic planning, systems selection, process design and documentation. He also specializes in the implementation of manufacturing, distribution, project management and financial management systems in the engineering and construction (AEC), manufacturing, distribution and professional services industries. Mr. Lockhart has a proven track record of founding several successful companies as well as recently worked as VP of Information Technology and CIO for a major Electrical Contractor.  Ken holds a Bachelors in Management for Wayne State University, MBA from American Intercontinental University and Masters of Divinity from Liberty University.

Leadership: Mark Raper

Mark Raper has over 25 years of construction industry experience in both commercial general contractor and commercial specialty contractor in executive and consulting positions with direct responsibility over Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Accounting and Information Technology departments directing a variety of  projects  including building Infrastructure, selecting hardware and software, disaster planning, recovery and business continuity. Mark holds Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a CPA as well as a Certified Construction Industry Finance Professional – CCIFP
